These terms govern your use of Syrex Cloud services. By ordering a service you agree to them, along with our acceptable use policy and refund policy.

1. Services
Syrex Cloud provides game server hosting, virtual private servers (VPS), dedicated virtual servers (VDS), Discord bot hosting and web hosting. Service specifications are those displayed on the order page at the time of purchase.
2. Accounts
You must be at least 18 years old, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to hold an account. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for all activity under your account. Provide accurate contact details — we send service and abuse notices there.
3. Payment
- Prices are in Indian Rupees and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
- Invoices are due on the issue date. Services may be suspended after 3 days and terminated after 14 days of non-payment.
- Chargebacks or payment disputes without contacting support first may result in immediate suspension.
4. Term and cancellation
Services renew automatically for the same term until cancelled. You can cancel from the client area at any time; the service remains active until the end of the paid period. We may terminate for breach of the acceptable use policy without refund.
5. Uptime
Our uptime commitment is described in the service level agreement. Scheduled maintenance is announced in advance on Discord and the status page.
6. Your content
You retain ownership of all files, databases and content you upload. You grant us the limited rights needed to store, back up and transmit that content in order to provide the service. You are responsible for having the right to host it.
7. Backups
We take backups as described on each product page, but backups are a convenience, not a substitute for your own copy. Keep your own backups of anything you cannot afford to lose.
8. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the three months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, including lost players, lost revenue or lost data.
9. Changes
We may update these terms. Material changes are announced by email or Discord at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after that date constitutes acceptance.
