Acceptable Use Policy

Hosting is for building things. This page lists what we will not allow on our network.

Prohibited content and activity

• Illegal content of any kind, including CSAM, which is reported to authorities.
• DDoS tooling, botnet command and control, booter/stresser services and attack-for-hire listings.
• Phishing, malware distribution, credential stuffing infrastructure and spam relays.
• Public proxies, TOR exits and open DNS resolvers.
• Crypto mining on shared game, web or bot plans. Mining on VPS/VDS is also prohibited unless agreed in writing.
• Copyright-infringing distribution, including pirated game assets or bypassed licences.
• Scraping or attacking third-party services from our network.
• Reselling services without a reseller agreement.

Resource abuse

Game and bot plans are sized by RAM with fair-share CPU. Sustained use that degrades a node for other customers will be throttled or suspended. If you outgrow a plan, we will help you upgrade rather than silently throttle you.

Reporting abuse

Open an urgent ticket on our Discord Server with the IP, timestamp and evidence. We action reports within one hour and keep the reporter informed.

Consequences

Serious or repeated violations lead to immediate suspension without refund, and permanent termination for the worst cases. Where the issue is accidental — a compromised installation, a bad plugin — we will work with you to fix it.
